How does this work?

  1. Buy a service! 
    a) If you have questions about a service? Email us at Our team will answer back within 48 Hours! 
  2. Once you complete check out. The onboarding process begins. You will receive an email with a link to the brief and your project CRM. Allowing you to upload and/or provide links to your assets or information needed to complete the service. 
  3. If you book a shoot or purchase content creation: Ship us your product!
    a) Send us a tracking number, so we can be in the lookout for the product. 
  4. We get you scheduled
    a) Once the product arrives, you will be added to the pipeline and slotted the soonest available date and time for your shoot. 
    b) You will receive an email confirmation once we have you on the calendar. If this date/time does not work for you, please let us know asap at
  5. A gallery link will be sent via email!
  6. After the shoot, you will be able to select and buy images from the shoot gallery, leave notes for the editors and check out! Our editing team will get right to work and deliver your images back to your gallery within 24 hours. Basic editing is provided within the service, but if our professional editor’s time is required, this is charged separately. You will receive an email once the images are edited and ready to download!

In case you need more edits or want a second version of a service, revisions can be purchased as an add-on. 

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans at this time.

Do I own the copyright to the photos after I purchase them?

When you purchase content, you purchase the license to use the content anytime, anywhere (websites, social media, digital marketing, paid advertising, print, etc.). You do not have a license to commercialize their use (i.e., sell them to others). Chaptr retains ownership of the developed content and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein. This keeps Chaptr affordable for all.

Do you cover insurance for shipping?

We do not cover the item when it’s in transit.

What are the basic terms?

To ensure a seamless workflow, here are a few things to consider:

  • The onboarding process begins as soon as you check out. You will receive an email with a project brief, please complete the brief and upload all the necessary materials within 48 hours. This brief is used to ensure excellence, so be sure to provide as much detail as possible and outline your expectations in advance. Be advised, any changes or new information cannot be integrated into the project's scope once the work has begun due to set timelines and meeting the project deadline. 
  • Ideas evolve, and we understand that, however a constantly changing course never gets to the finish line. None of our services include revisions.  Any revisions needed after we begin will be considered add-ons and are available at an hourly rate of $85.00.

These terms are designed from experience to maintain the integrity of our project timeline and the quality of the final deliverables.
